BRAVELY DEFAULT DELUXE COLLECTOR’S EDITION FOR NINTENDO 3DS DETAILED FOR AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND


24th October 2013 – With the eagerly anticipated launch of Bravely Default on 7th December fast approaching, Nintendo Australia today unveils the contents of the Bravely Default Deluxe Collector’s Edition, a premium edition of the critically acclaimed role-playing title from Square Enix for the Nintendo 3DS family of consoles.

The Bravely Default Deluxe Collector’s Edition comes in a game-themed box which contains the following items:
-          Bravely Default (Nintendo 3DS Game Card)
-          Agnรจs Figurine
-          Deluxe Artbook
-          34 AR Cards
-          Original Soundtrack CD

As a special pre-order bonus, fans will also be able to get their hands on a smaller artbook when they pre-order either the standalone game or the limited collector’s edition at EB Games stores in Australia and New Zealand before launch on 7th December. The game itself will also be available as a download from Nintendo eShop on the Nintendo 3DS family of consoles.

Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX is out now in stores.





LOS ANGELES (Sep. 10, 2013) – Square Enix, Inc., the publisher of SQUARE ENIX® interactive entertainment products in the Americas, today announced that its award-winning title KINGDOM HEARTS HD 1.5 ReMIX is now available in stores exclusively for the PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system.

In KINGDOM HEARTS HD 1.5 ReMIX, players will be able to indulge in the celebrated KINGDOM HEARTS universe once again with Sora, Riku and the timeless cast of Disney characters, including Mickey, Donald and Goofy. The game marks the first time a KINGDOM HEARTS title has made its way onto the PlayStation®3 system.

The fully remastered HD compilation includes the critically acclaimed  KINGDOM HEARTS FINAL MIX, previously exclusive to the Japanese market, and KINGDOM HEARTS Re:Chain of Memories. The compilation will also feature HD cinematic story videos from  KINGDOM HEARTS 358/2 Days, enhanced gameplay mechanics and PlayStation®3 system trophies.

FINAL FANTASY XIV PLAYSTATION 4 SYSTEM BETA ANNOUNCED

LOS ANGELES (Sept. 9, 2013) – Square Enix, Inc.the publisher of SQUARE ENIX® interactive entertainment products in the Americas, today announced that the beta tests of FINAL FANTASY® XIV: A Realm Reborn on the new PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system will start on February 22, 2014.  Furthermore, players on the current PlayStation®3 system will be able to migrate to the PlayStation®4 system at no additional cost, when the system is available in North America.

Players who have purchased the PlayStation®3 system version can transition their character data to the PlayStation®4 system to continue their online adventure. 

FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn is now available for $39.99 on the PlayStation®3 system and $29.99 for Windows PC. A free 30-day trial is included for new accounts, with monthly subscriptions starting at $12.99.

More detailed information on the PlayStation®4 system beta tests and the free transition service will be released soon.

FINAL FANTASY Online Experience is ‘Reborn’ Today‏



LOS ANGELES (August 27, 2013) – Square Enix Inc.the publisher of SQUARE ENIX® interactive entertainment products in the Americas, today announced that FINAL FANTASY® XIV: A Realm Reborn™ is now available in North America. Now, players on Windows PC and the PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system can adventure together in the first FINAL FANTASY title that introduces hallmarks from the entire franchise.

The highly anticipated online role playing game takes place five years after the realm of Eorzea was ravaged by the unleashing of Bahamut, the most powerful of the god-like Primals. As players explore the world and learn more details in the epic storyline, they can hone their skills with the Armoury System. This unique gameplay feature allows characters to change their role, abilities, and skills on-the-fly, without having the need to create multiple characters.

Deus Ex The Fall now compatible with iPad2


Los Angeles (August 6, 2013) – Square Enix today announced that its mobile title DEUS EX: THE FALL™ now features iPad 2 support. Following the game’s successful launch on select iOS devices, iPad 2 users can now download the game for $6.99 on the iTunes App Store. 
In addition to iPad 2 compatibility, DEUS EX: THE FALL also received a new update that enhances the game’s A.I., making enemies more effective at tracking the player during active combat. Enemies are now less likely to lose sight of the player during gameplay, creating more exciting and challenging combat scenarios.

BLOODMASQUE now available on App Store‏


LOS ANGELES (July 25th, 2013), Square Enix Inc, is thrilled announce BLOODMASQUE(tm) - an innovative new action RPG for iOS devices - is now available via Apple’s App Store for USD $6.99.

Set in an alternate vision of 19th century Paris, BLOODMASQUE pits players against a vampire-controlled society. Hunters can use their iOS device’s built-in camera to scan their face into the game and appear as the main character. Additional noteworthy features include:

Control finesse: BLOODMASQUE was designed with the touch screen in mind. Intuitive controls let you tap to attack and swipe to dodge as you combat a diverse monster’s gallery.

Spectacle: Unreal Technology powered action renders large-scale combatants and beautifully drawn stages smoothly and in terrific detail. Stirring orchestral arrangements accompany the action and take the sense of immersion to new highs.
